Date & Time: Saturday October 22, 2011 @ 10am-2pm
Locations: You, your friends, and your family can receive free screening tests at any of the following four hospitals -
Hahnemann University Hospital (231 N. Broad St)
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (Stokes Auditorium, 3405 Civic Center Blvd)
Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (Alumni Hall, 1020 Locust St)
Albert Einstein Medical Center (Center for Liver Disease, Klein Suite 101, First Floor of Klein Building, 5401 Old York Road)
